Terms of service

Welcome to BeautyVaultz. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They apply alongside our privacy policy, shipping policy and return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately, including its size, ingredients and origin. Manufacturers do change packaging and formulations between production batches, sometimes without notice, so the item you receive may look slightly different from the photograph. Ingredient lists come from the manufacturer: always read the packaging you receive.
Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one our server confirms at checkout, not a price cached in your browser or shown in an old link. We may correct pricing errors at any time before an order is accepted.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we send your order confirmation. Before that, we may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Suspected fraud, or a payment we cannot verify
- A pricing or listing error
- Stock that is no longer available
- An address we cannot ship to
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full. If something is mispriced or out of stock we will contact you rather than quietly ship a substitute or charge a different amount.
Payment and tax
Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure page hosted by them. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is calculated at checkout and charged only where we are registered to collect it; the amount is shown before you pay.
Shipping and delivery
Standard U.S. shipping is free, and orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, carrier delays and peak periods. You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, cosmetics and fragrance cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right. Product information and safety
Everything we sell is a cosmetic product intended for external use. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Patch test anything new before using it, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If something on your skin is painful, spreading or not settling, please see a professional rather than buying another serum.
Your use of this website
You may use this site to browse and to buy for your own use. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or its security, scrape it in bulk, or use it to resell our products as an unauthorised reseller. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the BeautyVaultz name, logo, text, graphics and page design, belongs to BeautyVaultz or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Brand names and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products we sell.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BeautyVaultz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including rights under consumer protection law and any implied warranty that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
