Every product we sell is genuine, sealed, and held in our own U.S. inventory.
What we can tell you
- Every product is held in our own U.S. inventory before it ships. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas after you order.
- Items ship sealed, in the manufacturer’s packaging.
- We stock a deliberately small range so we can actually explain what we sell.
What we will not claim
Plenty of stores describe themselves as an authorised retailer of every brand they carry. We are not going to say that unless we can show you the paperwork for each brand individually.
Pending confirmationAuthorised-retailer documentation is being confirmed brand by brand. This page will name the specific brands and the basis for each claim once that is complete — not before.
If you have a doubt about something you received
Contact support@beautyvaultz.com with your order number and photos of the item, the batch code and the packaging. We would far rather investigate a genuine concern than have you wondering about a bottle on your shelf.

Product descriptions on this site come from the manufacturer’s own materials. Where a supplier makes a performance claim we have not been able to verify against a source, we leave it off the page rather than repeat it with an attribution that makes it sound checked.
